At Get Media Mocks, we strive to deliver high-quality graphic design and creative services tailored to your unique needs. Since our services involve customized work, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. General Policy

  • All payments made for graphic design, branding, logo creation, website graphics, and other creative services are considered final once the project has started.
  • Refunds are not available for completed design services, digital files, or delivered projects.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
  • Service Not Initiated: If you cancel your order before we begin work, you may be eligible for a full refund (excluding any transaction fees).
  • Non-Delivery: If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver your project within the agreed timeline and no solution is provided, you may request a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Work already completed and delivered.
  • Client’s change of mind after project initiation.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of content, files, or feedback).
  • Subjective dissatisfaction after design approval (we do provide revisions as per the agreed project scope).

4. Revisions Instead of Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with the initial drafts, we offer reasonable revisions based on the package or agreement.
  • Revisions are provided to ensure client satisfaction before project finalization.

5. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, you must contact us in writing at  info@getmediamocks.com within 7 business days of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days, and funds will be returned to the original payment method.
